Advocate, Professor, Author, and CEO of multiple businesses including a primary care practice in Coral Springs, Florida. Dr. Pamela Manning comes with a wealth of knowledge. Dr. Pam is a mother of three, Aron (17), Alycia (19), and Ian (29), she is a wife to husband Michael and a grandmother to Noah and Nicholas. Dr. Manning is of Jamaican descent; however, she has been living in Florida for over 30 years and she is no stranger to Palm Beach County because for the last 7-years she resided in Boca Raton. On a non-profit level, Dr. Manning served for six- years as the President of two local non-profit organizations and received leadership training from several organizations including the Office of Minority Health. As it pertains to leadership, Dr. Pam has over 26 years of experience in leadership and her attention to detail is impeccable. Dr. Pam's thesis was the Health Implications of Nurse Burnout and Interventions which is what led her to form this organization. Dr. Pam started this organization with her very own money and at the beginning stage, she would purchase spa packages to give away to different nurses. Dr. Manning took a break from escape to focus on self-care and to return to her passion with a stronger more effective board of directors.
