Dr. Pamela Manning is a dedicated advocate, professor, author, and CEO of multiple businesses, including a primary care practice in Coral Springs, Florida. With over 26 years of leadership experience, she brings a deep reservoir of knowledge and expertise to every role she undertakes.
Despite her demanding schedule, Dr. Manning remains deeply committed to helping others. She is a devoted mother to three children—Aron (17), Alycia (19), and Ian (29)—a loving wife to her husband, Michael, and a proud grandmother to Noah and Nicholas. Originally from Jamaica, she has made Florida her home for over 30 years, with the last seven years spent residing in Palm Beach County.
Through it all, Dr. Manning always finds time to give back to her community, balancing her professional responsibilities with a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
In the nonprofit sector, Dr. Manning led two local organizations as President, gaining comprehensive leadership training from esteemed institutions like the Office of Minority Health. Inspired by her thesis, "The Health Implications of Nurse Burnout and Interventions," she founded an organization dedicated to supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Throughout her career, Dr. Manning has been honored with numerous awards and recognition for her exceptional contributions to the healthcare community.
After taking a brief hiatus to focus on her own self-care, Dr. Manning has returned to her passion with renewed vigor and a more robust board of directors, poised to make an even greater impact. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence continue to drive her forward in all her endeavors.
Khe Bless Henry-Phillips is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in business administration and management within the local government. She has excelled in roles such as Vice President and Public Relations officer for a few domestic and international charitable organizations, dedicated to serving impoverished children and the elderly.
Khe Bless is deeply committed to the well-being of healthcare professionals, having grown up with a family deeply rooted in the healthcare industry. Her first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare workers fuels her passion for creating supportive and empowering environments.
As a military spouse and mother, Khe Bless brings a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to her role at Escape for Nurses. Her leadership is characterized by integrity, vision, and compassion, driving the mission to provide essential support and rejuvenation for healthcare heroes.
Jeremiah Henry-Phillips I, is an accomplished professional with over two decades of distinguished service in the Department of Defense, encompassing both national and international assignments.
Jeremiah brings extensive expertise in leadership, asset management, logistics, finance, and budget management. His commitment to his faith, family, and country reflects his unwavering dedication to service.
